Refund and Replacement Policy

It is the intention of the author to kickstart the introduction of basic Information Security concepts to children. We believe that we have provided full disclosure and transparency for all attributes to purchasing our book. Therefore, we have a strict NO-refund policy. We reserve the right to discuss very extreme situations that may arise and renders a refund. The amount agreed to be returned in such cases would be returned within 30 days of a decision.


In the event that you have received a defective, damaged or wrong product, our Replacement policy is as follows:

  • You have 7 calendar days to request for a Replacement of your item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a Replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Reason for replacement should be provided (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
  • If your Replacement request is approved, your new item will be shipped out within 7 days from us receiving your defective/damaged/wrong item.
